The CUSTOMASK® printed face mask is as stylish as it is practical! The mask comes in 3 versions. The CUSTOMASK® NEO and CUSTOMASK® NEO “Kids”, both made from 100% soft neoprene, are secured by fabric earloops. The CUSTOMASK® PREMIUM has a polyester outer and a soft cotton inner for maximum comfort, and comes with adjustable straps and nosepiece.

What size is the CUSTOMASK® face mask?

The CUSTOMASK® NEO for adults is approx. 29 x 13 cm in size, while the CUSTOMASK® NEO “Kids” is approx. 24 x 11 cm (both measurements include the fabric earloops).
The CUSTOMASK® PREMIUM is approx. 18 x 10 cm (both measurements exclude the adjustable straps).

What is the difference between the NEO and PREMIUM face mask?

The CUSTOMASK® NEO consists of a single layer of neoprene fabric and is secured by robust fabric earloops.
The CUSTOMASK® PREMIUM consists of 2 layers of Oeko-Tex® certified fabric (an inner layer of cotton and an outer layer of polyester) and comes with adjustable straps and a flexible metal nosepiece that adapts to the wearer’s contours.

Are the CUSTOMASK® masks suitable for a range of face shapes, including children’s faces?

The CUSTOMASK® face masks are designed to adapt to your face shape.
The CUSTOMASK® NEO for adults is suitable for adults and children aged 12+, while the CUSTOMASK® NEO "Kids" is recommended for children aged 4-12.
The CUSTOMASK® PREMIUM is recommended for adults and children aged 10+. The adjustable straps for the mask design ensure a close fit.

At what temperature can the CUSTOMASK® mask be washed?

The CUSTOMASK® NEO can be machine-washed at up to 60°C and can also be disinfected at 75°C in your oven or microwave.
The CUSTOMASK® PREMIUM can be machine-washed at 60°C but should not be placed in the oven/microwave. The CUSTOMASK® PREMIUM is not suitable for fast spin cycles.
